Women were created to do everything a man can’t do. Indeed this is a reality. Woman has strengths that amaze man. One of the unique, precious, and sublime gifts which women possess is femininity. It is their incomparable power that men lacks. Femininity is not just stylish hairdos or trendy clothes, it is the divine adornment of humanity, natural grace, goodness, and divinity. It finds expression in their qualities of having a great capacity to love, spirituality, delicacy, sensitivity, creativity, charm, gentleness, and persistence are the unique strengths and qualities that distinguish her from men.
Science has demonstrated that women can do some things better, that they have many biological and cognitive advantages over men. She can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens. The fundamental difference between men and women is that women can give birth. Ask any mother she can explicate can man bear the pain and sacrifices woman makes during child birth. Can he take care of a baby growing inside his body for nine months? Can he go through the excruciating pain of childbirth? According to feminine lore, men simply don’t handle pain well. The least twinge of discomfort is enough to shatter most men nerves. Women, on the other hand, can handle the tough stuff although laboratory research indicates that women have a lower tolerance for pain.
Mary Catherine Bateson, the cultural anthropologist and a former president of Amherst College, has described women as “peripheral visionaries” able to follow several trains of thoughts at the same time. Men, by contrast, seem focus intensely on single topics. This is another strength that women possess.
Men were slower and less organized than women when switching rapidly between tasks in tests by UK psychologists. If men really are slower than women, it could have serious implications for how workplaces are organised, says co-author Dr Gijsbert Stoet, of the University of Glasgow. Similarly, in China it is found that women outperformed their male counterparts, while another in Sweden found that women accomplished multitasking tasks.
Women holds happiness, love and care for her family. She smiles even facing challenges. She stands up for herself and refuses to stay silent in the face of abuse of power. Recognizing her journey of hardships and troubles, yet she identify her strong role to reach the bigger goals in life. Instead of walking away, she exhibits her endurance, diligence and passion. Similar to women, men also bear the burden of societal expectations. But men do not have a lot of choice to express their emotions as they are expected to be emotionally strong than women. However, a strong women is not afraid of failure and trust themselves to handle their own financial, emotional, mental and physical well-being. This makes many men amazed as how a strong and firm woman pick herself up when she falls, and take care of her family, business and herself .Her greatest strength is that she doesn’t depend on anyone else rather than willing to be flexible, she fights for what she believes in, stand up against injustice, doesn’t take “no” for an answer, when she can see a better solution and make herself strong to live a better life. This defines her character strengths.
She gives herself so her family can thrive. She cries when her kids are victorious. The opportunity of being there for your child is a mother’s greatest responsibility. The whole burden of child bearing and greater part of child rearing task are carried out by the woman in the family. She is primarily responsible for the child’s habit of self-control and orderliness.
Studies have shown that on an average day, 83 percent of women and only 65 percent of men spent some time doing household activities such as housework, cooking, lawn care, or financial and other household management. Statistics show that men are more likely to participate in sports, exercise, or recreation activities. A man might want to be a stay-at-home dad or be more involved in raising up his child. However, they are more engaged with their company’s tasks. Mothers due to biological reasons are required to become closer to the child. This demonstrates that taking care of the household is a shared responsibility – especially if both parents work and have careers of their own. Men shouldn’t mind taking on the role of caretaker for their kids.
It has never been easy for women to juggle a thriving career and a happy family life. It still isn’t because being a full-time working mom comes with bouts of stress and guilt for not being able to give equal time to work and family. Despite their struggle to keep their jobs, the moment women get pregnant they are penalized and at risk of losing their jobs for having a child. The U.S. has no federal requirement for mothers to get paid maternity leave. Today, 60% of women in the U.S. are either the sole income earner of their household or bringing in as much or more than their partners. It is evident that even today, women are still being regarded as the main caregiver and the primary household caretaker as opposed men.
Thus, every man who thinks women are lesser than men should believe that women are stronger than men as they can also handle pain better than men and emotionally stronger than men. Women tend to cope with pressure better than men in offices and at home and nurture their families well. Needless to say, woman are more intelligent sex and have better I.Q than men.
